Method

Each workout class targets either specific muscle groups or activates your full body with a focus on keeping the heart in the fat-burning zone. The fitness classes incorporate cardio and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with deep toning exercises inspired by barre, pilates, strength training, dance, and yoga disciplines.
This targeted experience delivers a premium at-home workout and confidence-boosting results. The variety of classes enables you to consistently show up for class and achieve your weight loss, muscle toning, and healthy lifestyle goals!

Your Best BUTT
This class tones and shapes your booty all while you have a really fun time! The class starts with glute activation, booty bands encouraged. We do moves like squats, lunges, donkey kicks, and glute bridges. Once your booty is burnt OUT, we stop for a quick core break to let your glutes recover. The next round is the strength round, where we use heavy weights to build out and up your caboose. After you are good and tired, we do one more core break before we burn it out with glute focused cardio. This class is sure to hurt the next day on the stairs.
Your Best ABS & ARMS
From biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, and ab muscles, this class targets a deep tone in your upper body. This class uses high repetition movements inspired by barre and pilates, as well as strength training, compound movements, to provide an exciting challenge for students at all fitness levels. This class is low impact and calls for a light (2-5lb) and heavy (6-20lb) set of weights.
Your Best BODY
Get ready for multiple high intensity cardio bursts in this full body workout. From start to finish your heart rate will spike and slow as you switch between heart-pounding movements and grounding, complex strength training movements.
Your Best ABS & LEGS
You'll be asking if fries come with that SHAKE in this deep toning leg and abs class. The most barre and pilates inspired class of the group, this class works to strengthen and lengthen your legs in a low impact, targeted class. We focus first on tiring out your legs before digging deep into your core. Once both muscle groups are tired we will do moves that combine both your legs and abs to burn out and challenge your muscles. This class calls for a light and heavy set of weights, and a booty band.
NamaSCULPT
Imagine if your favorite strength and conditioning class had a baby with a vinyasa yoga class, add a bit of excitement to it and voila, that's NamaSCULPT. This class seamlessly flows and allows you to let go of the stress of your day while you work every muscle in your body. This class calls for a light and heavy set of weights.
Cardio Dance Party
Let's shake away our stress in this high energy cardio dance class. The class uses cardio dance moves mixed with squats, lunges and other toning moves to tone your body while you move to the beat and let your spirit run free!
Fast Fire CORE
Deeply target your core with this 30 minute class! We will work your upper and lower abs, your center core, and your obliques in a class that will leave you super sore the next day. We will do some mat and some standing moves in this class. You will want to bring a resistance band and a heavy and light set of weights.
Fast Fire BOOTY
Activate and strengthen your glutes in this 30 minute class that is all about your booty! A great supplement to help build up your booty from Your Best BUTT, this class is lower impact and is great to do if you have less energy but are still looking for a deep glute burn.
